Help when you need it
Nombli support
Email support@virsle.org. Include your app version, iOS version, and what happened. You do not need to send your food history or a backup to ask for help.
Save a food for next time
Tap Add food, enter its name and the calories from its label, then enable Save this portion to Quick Add. Choose total calories or enter a weight and nutrition per 100 grams. Protein and carbs are optional.
Repeat a meal
Open a meal you have logged and choose Save as a meal. Find it under Saved meals, choose a portion multiplier and add it to your selected meal. Logging a different portion leaves the saved template unchanged.
Correct a mistake
Tap a logged food to edit it, or swipe to delete and use Undo to restore it. Removing a saved food or meal template leaves past logs unchanged.
Back up or move your diary
In Settings, choose Export backup and keep the JSON file somewhere safe. Import backup previews the contents and asks before replacing your current diary. CSV export is for spreadsheets; use JSON to restore Nombli.
Understand missing values
A dash means a nutrition value was not entered. Zero means a recorded zero. Totals include the values you provide, so an incomplete log may not represent everything you ate.
Delete your data
Settings → Delete all data clears Nombli’s local log, saved foods, templates and preferences. Exported files and backups managed by Apple remain separate; delete those where you stored them.
